The Council of Europe announces that it has a dedicated committee for AI called CAI and organizes a Framework Convention. Revised Zero Draft to be tabled at the convention is public. Second reading of the draft will be scheduled from October to December 2023. Non state organisations (such as Rythmisis in our case) may join the convention as observers. The council of Europe is currently working on a draft methodology (HUDERIA) to assist domestic authorities in assessing impact of AI systems.
